The role focuses on promoting Citi's lending solutions, collaborating with product sales teams, and ensuring timely loan closings while maintaining regulatory compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years relevant experience.
• Residential Mortgage experience required.
• 3+ years mortgage sales experience required.
• Established relationships with diverse realtor orgs and affordable lending nonprofits.
• Experience with community loan products incl. LMI mortgage solutions and assistance programs.
• Established book of business.
• FHA/VA & conventional loan experience preferred.
• Ability to explain financial calculations and pricing to customers.
• Knowledge of consumer lending laws incl. fair lending, privacy and RESPA.
• Strong customer service and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers about financial situation and lending needs to achieve home ownership goals.
• Collect and analyze financial information, goals, risk tolerance and credit history.
• Assess whether customer and property may qualify for lending solutions.
• Recommend lending solutions to meet objectives.
• Advise customers on risks/benefits of options.
• Promote Citi and its lending services to realtors and partners.
• Visit customers outside Citi offices as needed.
• Collaborate with internal partners to grow customers.
• Refer customers to appropriate Citi professionals for other services.
• Work with Operations to ensure smooth loan applications and timely closings.
