Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, builders, attorneys, and referral sources.
• Conduct mortgage pre-qualification interviews and recommend loan solutions.
• Manage loan applications from origination through processing with regulatory compliance.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong borrower pipeline.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer customers to appropriate services.
• Promote mortgage programs, including outreach to underserved communities.
• Collaborate with processing teams to support timely closings.
• Prepare and maintain records and activity reports.
