Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Therapist to provide child- and family-centered psychotherapy in NEPA communities. This independent contractor role serves Carbon, Lackawanna, Monroe, Pike, and Wayne counties, with travel to multiple sites and adherence to privacy and reporting standards.

You will join a knowledgeable team delivering evidence-based interventions, with flexible scheduling and sign-on incentives.

Qualifications

• PA social worker license or behavior specialist credential.
• At least 1 year of full-time mental health direct services to children/youth.
• Graduate degree with at least nine credits in psychology, social work or counseling and a practicum.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face child-centered, family-focused psychotherapy.
• Deliver behavioral management and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to implement behavior modification plans.
• Develop discharge criteria and document progress for clinical records.
