Job summary

Rock Creek Foundation subsidiary Chester County Respite Network seeks a Mobile Therapist (Licensed or Unlicensed) as an independent contractor to provide community-based behavioral support in Coatesville, PA. Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field with clinical practice credits.
• At least one year of full-time mental health direct services with children/youth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the treatment team to implement individualized behavioral plans.
• Observe children in home/school/community and contribute to assessments.
• Collect data and report at-risk behavior or abuse to supervisor.
• Provide detailed progress notes after each session.
• Maintain accurate agency notes and encounter forms.
• Use behavioral interventions to meet treatment goals.
