Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Therapist at our Pocono Center. This independent contractor role delivers community-based behavioral health services to adults and families, implementing individualized intervention plans in Day Programs and in home or community settings.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, maintain clinical records, and participate in ISPT meetings while upholding CASSP principles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mental Health with ABA certification or other behavioral management training.
• A second degree with at least 12 credits in behavior management and at least 1 year of supervised treatment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise in behavioral management protocols.
• Collaborates with treatment team to design and implement individualized behavior modification plans.
• Develops treatment plans with short-term goals for identified individuals.
• Maintains clinical records and progress notes.
• Participates in ISPT meetings and coordinates with families.
