Job summary

Chester County Respite Network (CCRN) Educational & Behavioral Support Services is seeking Mobile Therapists (Licensed or Unlicensed) to provide community-based behavioral support in Chester County, PA. Independent contractor status with an hourly rate of $37–$45, flexible schedule, and emphasis on family coaching and data-driven treatment planning.

Responsibilities include collaboration with the treatment team, functional behavioral assessments, progress notes, and adherence to agency policies.

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in behavioral health or related field with clinical practice credits.
• At least 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children/youth.
• Licensure as required by PA for independent contractors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with treatment team to implement individualized behavioral interventions.
• Observe child in home/school/community to inform treatment planning.
• Collect data and report at-risk behaviors to supervisor.
• Maintain detailed progress notes and encounter forms.
• Provide coaching and support to family members to reinforce treatment goals.
• Adhere to CCRN policies, standards, and state regulations.
