Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field is required.
• Active Ohio licensure (LISW, LPCC, Supervisory designation or willingness to obtain with agency support) is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities; strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in building and sustaining services in North Olmsted and surrounding communities.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships with schools, healthcare providers, community partners, and local organizations.
• Monitor caseload trends, access to care, and client engagement while proactively addressing service gaps.
