The YMCA Fairfax County Reston seeks a energetic, community‑minded Membership Director to lead membership growth, onboarding, and engagement. You will build a high‑performing team, mentor staff, and partner with branch leaders to strengthen the Y's role as a community hub.

This on‑site role offers a salary range of $53,000 to $58,000 and requires 3+ years in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership.
• 3+ years in membership, sales, or customer experience leadership required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of the Alexandria, VA area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead membership growth and engagement initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, tours, and member engagement activities.
• Monitor membership trends and improve member experience.
• Collaborate with branch leaders to strengthen the Y’s role as a community hub.
