Our office culture is centered on kindness, teamwork, accountability, reliability, and excellent patient care.

Position Overview

The Orthodontic Assistant will support the doctor during clinical procedures, help maintain efficient patient flow, and create a positive experience for patients and families.

Experienced candidates should be comfortable performing core orthodontic‑assisting duties independently. Entry‑level candidates will receive hands‑on training and will be expected to steadily develop their clinical skills.

  • Assist with braces, aligners, appliances, bonding, debonding, and retainers according to training and experience.
  • Follow sterilization, infection‑control, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked clinical areas.
