You will host events, represent the brand at schools and health fairs, create local social content, and nurture relationships with doctors and families to accelerate practice expansion.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in sales, community outreach, referral relations, or a customer-facing healthcare role.
• Natural connector who enjoys meeting people, representing a brand with enthusiasm.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with referring doctors, schools, and community partners.
• Represent Epic Orthodontics at events, health fairs, and community activities.
• Plan open houses, patient appreciation events, and local brand-building activities.
• Capture photos/videos for social media and coordinate local content.
• Collaborate with marketing on local growth initiatives and campaigns.
• Track outreach efforts and maintain activity records.
