Job summary

Bridgeport Braces LLC is seeking a Marketing & Community Outreach Coordinator to grow four Connecticut orthodontic offices through community relationships, smart content, and outreach that drives new patients.

The role is based in Bridgeport, CT with travel to all four offices and reports to the Owner. You will own the monthly calendar, run social channels, coordinate events, and measure ROI to show impact on practice growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 2+ years of paid experience in marketing, community outreach, PR, communications, business development, event coordination, partnership development, or healthcare marketing.
• Skills: Strong writer, comfortable initiating conversations, fluent in social media, spreadsheets, and cloud tools, KPI-driven, HIPAA aware, valid driver's license.
• Bonus: Healthcare/dental marketing experience; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Build referral relationships with pediatric dentists, general dentists, pediatricians, school nurses, PTOs, and community groups across four counties.
• Coordinate promotional events, school programs, and sponsorships.
• Show up — outbound calls, meetings, in-person visits.
• Run our social — Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile.
• Coordinate videographer, website team, agency, and vendors.
• Collect patient testimonials and before-and-after content (HIPAA-compliant).
• Own the monthly marketing calendar and budget.
• Launch reactivation campaigns for dormant patients; track ROI; weekly reporting.
