Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in marketing, communications, or content creation preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience managing social media and creating digital content.
• Photography, videography, and graphic design experience preferred.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of marketing strategies for programs, events, and community impact.
• Create and manage content for social media, email, digital ads, websites, and channels.
• Design and produce marketing materials—graphics, flyers, brochures, presentations, videos.
• Capture and share member stories and community impact visuals.
• Maintain a content calendar across platforms.
• Represent the YMCA at events and partnership activities to boost visibility.
• Monitor trends and report on marketing metrics with improvement recommendations.
• Support member engagement and promotional campaigns.
• Contribute to strategic planning and long-term marketing initiatives.
