Travel + Leisure Co. in Austin is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our vacation club experiences at local attractions, malls, theme parks, and events.

This sales-based role involves friendly, informative conversations and inviting guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations. You will greet, qualify leads, schedule tours, collect deposits where required, and stay current on marketing materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1–3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4–6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
