Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Community Marketing Agent in Phoenix to engage with the public and invite guests to attend vacation club presentations. The role focuses on face-to-face conversations, qualifying leads, and coordinating sales-tour reservations with deposits.

The position emphasizes meeting performance goals, staying updated on marketing materials, and representing the brand at events and venues such as malls and theme parks. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.
• Proficient in general computer skills and smart devices.
• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must be able to stand for 4 to 6 hours at a time.
• Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet, present and encourage prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and team meetings.
• Keep current on marketing information, materials, and industry trends.
• Set and exceed performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
