The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in daily activities, with strong focus on compliance, budgeting, and collaborating with regional and corporate teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred in business, property management, or hospitality.
• At least 2 years in property management with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and reporting.
• Experience using property management software (Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proactive and solution-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary.
