Arlington Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead a multifamily community in Florida. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and supervise the onsite team, driving occupancy and revenue while maintaining high service standards.

You’ll hire and mentor staff, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws. A proactive, solution‑oriented leader will collaborate with regional and corporate teams to strengthen the community’s

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience with team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets and property reporting.
