The role emphasizes leadership, resident relations, and adherence to LIHTC guidelines, with a focus on lease-up activities for a new development.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in property management, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in budget management, capital projects, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in property management.
• 2+ years as community/property manager.
• Diffusing resident concerns without escalation.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Experience with lease-up properties.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with senior executives.
• Works well under time constraints.
• Professional appearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build a sense of community and foster resident relationships.
• Address resident and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee on-site operations, budgeting, and vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop on-site staff to achieve performance goals.
