Responsibilities

• Handle rent collections, late fees, and delinquencies; attend court if needed.
• Hire, train, and manage onsite staff with proper documentation.
• Lead safety, policy adherence, and professional conduct.
• Inspect grounds and homes; manage maintenance tasks via the work order system.
• Coordinate advertising and promotions of homes as directed.
• Process invoices, manage petty cash, and track expenses.
