Mark-Taylor, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) for the Nacona community in Glendale, AZ.

You will lead a team to keep the community running smoothly, handle maintenance repairs, and deliver five-star service to residents, ensuring the property meets financial and operational goals. With 3+ years of people management and luxury multifamily experience, you will oversee hiring, performance, and ongoing development while maintaining strong communication with

Qualifications

• 3+ years people management experience.
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager or similar title.
• Third‑party management experience is required.
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset.
• Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning.
• Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
• Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.

Compensation

• ,The anticipated base pay range for this position is $75,000/year.
• In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible to receive bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years people management experience
• 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting as a Community Manager or similar title required
• Third‑party management experience is required
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrated coaching and development ability required
• BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills and professional presence
• Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English
