Opportunity Home San Antonio is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operational and financial performance across assigned communities. You will lead staff, safeguard curb appeal, monitor occupancy, and ensure regulatory compliance with affordable housing programs.

The role requires strong leadership, financial oversight, and resident-relations skills to deliver high-quality service aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-family property management or residential property management.
• Familiar with Fair Housing regulations and affordable housing programs.
• Strong budgeting, reporting, and vendor/contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of a medium-sized property.
• Inspects property for curb appeal and compliance with Opportunity Home standards.
• Maintains collections and budget adherence; prepares financial and management reports.
• Trains and supervises on-site staff; conducts performance reviews.
• Oversees leasing activities, move-ins/outs, and resident communications.
• Coordinates marketing plans to improve occupancy and meet goals.
• Ensures timely rent collection and accurate accounting in SOP-compliant processes.
• Acts as primary representative for the community and ensures excellent resident service.
