Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Community Manager for Ridge View Apartments in Findlay, OH. You will oversee daily operations, leasing, budgeting, LIHTC compliance, and resident relations to deliver a positive living experience.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in multifamily property management, strong communication and budgeting skills, and Yardi experience. CAM/CAPS and LIHTC knowledge are a plus; drug and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
• LIHTC experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
• Meticulous with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.
• CAM or CAPS designation.
• Experience working directly with property owners.
• Yardi experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to create a positive living experience for residents.
• Ensure full compliance with LIHTC regulations.
• Manage leasing activities, including showing units and preparing lease agreements.
• Build relationships with residents, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with maintenance and administrative teams to maintain property standards.
• Monitor budgets, financials, and occupancy to maximize property success.
• Organize community events to enhance resident engagement.
• Enforce community policies, ensuring a safe and harmonious environment.
