Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in multifamily property management, leading maintenance staff or vendors.
• Strong budgeting, P&L, and Excel skills.
• AppFolio experience preferred (or similar property software).

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing, renewals, resident relations, and marketing.
• Manage day-to-day operations including move-ins/outs and lease enforcement.
• Lead maintenance team and vendors from work orders to turns and renovations.
• Monitor budgets, capex, and compliance, and review P&L.
• Conduct property inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Build systems in AppFolio and assist owners with growth planning.
