About this Job

Be in charge of our Discord server: structure channels and set & uphold community rules.

Play a key role in shaping the culture of our Discord and moderate its daily discussions.

Develop and execute community engagement and retention programs.

Set and implement social media and communication campaigns that align with marketing strategies.

Create engaging content and campaigns for social media, newsletter, blog, and PR.

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Monitor and report on community members' feedback and online reviews.

Organize and participate in branded events to foster a sense of community and boost brand awareness.

Join, participate, and represent the company in like-minded and relevant communities.

Build relationships with current and prospective customers, industry professionals, and journalists.

Stay up-to-date with web3 technology trends.
