About The Role

We are looking for a Manager - Paid Social Media to lead and evolve our paid social strategies. This role requires ownership of social campaigns, close collaboration with clients and internal teams, and a focus on experimentation and optimization. You will be a key communicator and strategist, ensuring our campaigns not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement paid social campaign strategies aligned with client goals
  • Analyze client products, marketing objectives, and competitor activity
  • Develop forecasts and campaign plans in collaboration with Associate Media Directors
  • Define and deliver comprehensive social campaign strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with internal departments to create integrated social media campaigns
  • Present campaign strategies, insights, and optimizations during client and agency meetings
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on key client metrics
  • Prepare and deliver accurate client reports with actionable insights
  • Suggest future marketing optimizations and expansion opportunities
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and innovations to improve client offerings
  • Assist in developing POVs, methodologies, and process documentation
  • Represent Exverus professionally in all client interactions
  • Mentor junior team members and promote a culture of growth and learning
  • Manage projects efficiently and meet deadlines while balancing internal and external expectations
  • Foster a collaborative, solution-focused team environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing paid social campaigns
  • Hands-on expertise across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Proven track record of scaling accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Prior agency experience preferred; backgrounds from publishers, clients, or ad-tech also considered
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is a plus
  • Ability to integrate paid media strategies with earned media campaigns
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Experience with Skai/Kenshoo is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
