Job summary

Cascade Management is seeking a Community Manager in Bend, OR to oversee day-to-day property operations, leasing, and resident services for LIHTC properties. You will coordinate maintenance, collections, marketing, and compliance while supervising staff and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

The role requires experience with HUD/Tax Credit programs, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Part-time schedule, includes apartment rent benefit and health coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance is required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties, leasing, collections, marketing resident services and compliance.
• Supervise property staff and ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain property inspections and day-to-day operations to maximize value.
