Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Community Manager for Hawks View Apartments in La Pine, Oregon. The role oversees daily operations, leasing, marketing, and resident services at a HUD/RD or Tax Credit property to maximize financial returns.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, compliance with laws and company policies, and maintaining strong tenant relations. Salary ranges between $21.00 and $32.00 per hour with benefits and a strong service culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maximize property financial returns.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, resident services, maintenance, risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Prepare timely weekly reports and maintain neat, legible records at all times.
• Ensure compliance with State Residential Landlord & Tenant Acts and all government regulations.
