Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties in Corvallis, OR. You will coordinate leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and compliance while maintaining high occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years Tax Credit, HUD and/or affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of HUD/RD or Tax Credit properties.
• Coordinate leasing, collections, marketing resident services, maintenance, and compliance.
• Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures and laws.
