Job summary

AOG Living in Denver is seeking a Community Manager to lead a multifamily community. You will supervise onsite staff, drive occupancy and revenue, ensure compliant operations, and maintain an exceptional resident experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of multifamily property management, strong leadership and communication skills, budgeting experience, and knowledge of Fair Housing and PM software. This is a full-time role offering a salary of 70k–75k and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years multifamily property management experience (Community/Property Manager).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing budgets, property operations, and leasing performance.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite team development and accountability.
• Oversee daily property operations and financial performance.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and resolve concerns.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
• Lead leasing and marketing efforts to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and safety requirements.
