Job summary

The NRP Group is seeking a Community Manager in Evansville, IN to oversee apartment community operations under the Regional Property Manager, ensuring excellent service and asset quality.

You will lead leasing, marketing, budgeting, vendor oversight, and staff development with a focus on NOI growth, fair housing compliance, and resident satisfaction. CPM or degree preferred, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years property management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, fair housing, and LIHTC guidelines (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and NOI of the property.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations activities.
• Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and capital improvements.
• Supervise team members and support staff development.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and internal policies.
