Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, especially in Project Based Section 8 and Affordable Housing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and organize teams successfully.
• Excellent marketing strategies and closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall operations of the apartment community.
• Oversee rent collection and marketing of vacant units.
• Handle various administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
