Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an apartment community, lead a property team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while coordinating leasing, maintenance, and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, and leadership responsibilities to ensure superior property

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting fees, and preparing reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications with COI accuracy.
• Control expenditures within approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing strategies to drive occupancy.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage owner relationships.
