Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with strong leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.
• Proven ability to hire, train, evaluate, and manage a team.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager manages and coordinates the team members’ daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Meet targeted revenue goals by increasing sales and implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis; manage financial records and invoicing.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret market trends to improve property performance.
• Lease enforcement, inspections, and collections per lease agreements and policy.
• Client/Owner Management: conduct property tours and provide updates on performance; manage contractors and vendors.
