Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and company policies.
• Oversee budgeting, rent collection, vendor invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; maintain tenant satisfaction.
