You will hire and mentor onsite staff, manage budgets and reporting, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while coordinating with regional and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Ability to manage budgets and reporting.
• Experience supervising onsite staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
• Hire, train, coach, and mentor the onsite team.
• Lead rent collection, budgeting, and reporting with accuracy.
• Monitor market trends and implement occupancy and revenue strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager and corporate support.
• Represent Arlington Properties professionally in the community.
