Arlington Properties is seeking a seasoned Community Manager for Bermuda Estates at Ormond Beach to lead daily operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. You will hire and mentor onsite staff, manage budgets and reporting, drive occupancy and revenue, and ensure Fair Housing compliance while coordinating with regional and corporate teams.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or coursework in business, property management, or hospitality preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management, including team leadership
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations
• Financial acumen and confidence managing property budgets and reporting
• Experience using property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, MRI) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when necessary
