Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group seeks a Community Manager for a Clinton, NC property. Lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing efforts, analyze market data, and manage resident relations and property budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to ensure property operations meet standards. Weekend work and travel may be required to support operations and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Community Manager or Assistant Manager experience or equivalent management experience.
• Strong financial management skills in budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead staff in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Solid multi-tasking skills and ability to work with residents, vendors and staff.
• Professional communication with coworkers, residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays when required.
• Must be able to travel for training and meetings.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operation of the property.
• Ensure property is fully functional and maintained.
• Interact with residents to respond to needs and retain them.
• Improve NOI via cost control and budgeting.
• Develop yearly operating and capital budgets.
• Monitor and enforce lease obligations.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws.
• Communicate with site staff and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee maintenance staff.
• Ensure units are market-ready.
• Promote safe work practices and safety.
