Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Carey Chapel Village in Henderson, North Carolina. The role oversees on-site staff, drives leasing initiatives, and manages property performance to maximize resident satisfaction and NOI.

You will lead budgeting, marketing, and resident relations, ensuring adherence to HUD/LIHTC and other programs while coordinating with vendors and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager required or equivalent management experience
• Must have a valid Drivers license
• HCCP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and staff
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets and monitor NOI
• Ensure compliance with federal/state Fair Housing laws
• Coordinate maintenance and vendor contracts
• Provide reports and communicate with residents and staff
