Job summary

RangeWater Residential seeks a dedicated Community Manager to oversee daily operations of our apartment community in Brunswick, GA. You will lead a team, drive leasing performance, and ensure financial and operational goals are met while maintaining property standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in multi-family management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite. A valid driver's license is required to coordinate on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in multi-family property management.
• 1–3 years management experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient and train new staff.
• Increase revenue through sales and marketing/leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and invoicing oversight.
• Analyze market trends and adapt operations accordingly.
• Oversee property maintenance, safety, and curb appeal.
• Handle tenant relations and resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with clients/owners and manage contractors.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws governing multifamily housing.
