Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day property management operations at Arte Grand Central in Miami, FL. You will supervise on-site teams, optimize occupancy, and drive financial performance in alignment with regional objectives.

The role requires strong communication and budgeting skills, with a path to train the Assistant Community Manager and support asset preservation. Employment offers benefits and growth opportunities within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of supervisory responsibility or previous Assistant Community Manager experience required.
• 3+ years of property management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of resident and eviction laws and computerized property management software, preferably YARDI.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• CAM certification preferred; background screening and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Regional Director to formulate and manage annual budgets for the community.
• Work with DOIS & Business Managers to complete financial responsibilities and maintain budget adherence.
• Maintain full property occupancy and meet budget goals, addressing monthly variances.
• Drive property performance using Apartment Snapshot to identify improvements in KPI areas and implement changes.
• Coordinate with the Service Manager to manage vendors, contractors, billing, vendor relations, and COIs.
• Train the Assistant Community Manager to assume duties in the Community Manager's absence.
