Strong written English and independent work style are essential, with experience in crypto/Web3, fintech, or technology communities considered a plus.

• Ability to understand technical material and translate it into clear, engaging content.
• Experience managing social platforms and online communities independently.
• Strong relationship-building and outreach skills.
• Ability to plan content and community initiatives and track their effectiveness.
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in a fast-moving early-stage project.
• Self-directed and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
