Job summary

National Community Renaissance is seeking a Community Manager II to lead the administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property within a region, with a focus on achieving 100% occupancy and strong resident engagement.

You will partner with Hope Through Housing to deliver social programs, supervise 3+ on-site staff, and manage finances in Yardi while ensuring timely notices, inspections, and adherence to budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum two to five years in a role with comparable responsibilities.
• Must pass Tax Credit Certification class within the first year of employment.
• Minimum two years in a customer service environment.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Financial management responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Yardi property management accounting software is preferred.
• Must possess a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property within a region.
• Strive for 100% occupancy and timely recertifications.
• Manage resident files and Yardi data per policy.
• Coordinate resident notices and waiting list per plan.
• Oversee marketing for vacancies per AHMP.
• Conduct monthly site inspections and report findings to management.
• Coordinate with Resident Services to ensure timely maintenance and supplies.
• Ensure work orders are entered and tracked in Yardi.
