Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee the operations of a community association in Carlsbad, CA. You will interact with homeowners, vendors, board members and Associa staff to ensure service levels and governance meet the management agreement and the Association's policies.

Duties include supervising administration, coordinating board communications, reviewing monthly financials, managing capital expenditures, overseeing vendor performance, and maintaining resident data.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of Community Association experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of the Association per management agreement and policies.
• Act as liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Review monthly financials and ensure board receives management summaries.
• Oversee capital expenditures and vendor performance for community improvements.
• Maintain resident and contract files and assist with architectural reviews as needed.
