Job summary

Landmark Properties seeks a seasoned Community Manager to drive performance across all occupancy, revenue and service metrics for a university-area asset in Ann Arbor. You will lead site teams, manage the leasing cycle, oversee marketing, budgeting, and facilities, and ensure residents receive outstanding service while protecting asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in various property management roles.
• Must have completed 1 full leasing cycle in previous position.
• Locally mandated licenses/certifications preferred and in some cases required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site team to achieve occupancy and financial targets.
• Develop relationships with residents and prospects.
• Manage leasing, marketing, and budgeting processes.
• Oversee maintenance and safety compliance.
• Prepare staff performance reviews and manage payroll-related tasks.
