Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Community Ambassador in Ann Arbor to lead leasing efforts, drive occupancy, and support marketing and resident services. You will conduct tours, follow up on leads, and participate in on-campus events while maintaining a high level of customer service.

The role requires effective communication, deadline adherence, and time management, with evening/weekend availability as needed. Reports to the Community Manager and collaborates with the Leasing & Marketing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in a relevant major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through the leasing process and close sales.
• Assist marketing efforts and participate in community events.
• Maintain resident experience through responsive communication and issue resolution.
• Manage daily tasks including tours, lead follow-up, and campaigns.
