Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.
• Experience with Yardi is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all property operations and financial performance.
• Maximize revenue and cash flow while maintaining assets.
• Supervise and develop the property team.
• Ensure rent collection and delinquency management.
• Coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
