NRP Investments is hiring a Community Manager for The Lofton, our affordable property in Columbus, OH. You will oversee daily operations, customer service, and leasing activities to maximize cash flow and preserve assets.

Under the Regional Property Manager, you will manage budgeting, reporting, and coordination with the property team, ensuring compliance and a high-quality living environment for residents.

Formación

• Customer service focus
• Experience managing apartment communities
• Knowledge of budgeting and NOI
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi)

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial performance and NOI for the property
• Maximize cash flow and ensure on-time rent collection
• Ensure Yardi data accuracy and leasing activities
• Develop annual operating budgets with accounting
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and resident relations
• Support compliance with housing laws and safety standards
