The Lofton, a Columbus, OH affordable community managed by The NRP Group, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maximize asset performance. You will coordinate leasing, budgeting, and financial oversight while leading the on-site team to deliver a high-quality living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of property management experience, strong computer skills (Yardi preferred), and a bachelor's degree or CPM

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree or CPM preferred.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial performance and NOI targets for the property.
• Maximize revenue and ensure timely rent collection.
• Monitor Yardi data integrity and lease activity reporting.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and annual operating budgets.
• Review financial statements and variance reports monthly.
• Coordinate capital improvements and vendor management.
