Job summary

Carleton Living is seeking a Community Manager for Meadow Parc in Dallas. You will oversee operations, staff coordination, and financials to ensure excellent resident experiences and strong property performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, collections, reporting, and maintaining occupancy. Applicants should have at least 2 years in multifamily property management, knowledge of RealPage and OneSite, and strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate the asset in the owner’s best interest in accordance with Carleton policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on a timely basis.
• Ensure all rents, fees, and charges are collected, posted and deposited in a timely manner.
• Process residency requests in accordance with established procedures, including verifications and data entry.
• Prepare annual budgets and income projections in a timely and accurate manner
• Follow-up delinquent accounts and pursue collections in accordance with procedures.
• Monitor expenses to ensure spending within guidelines.
• Maintain tenant files and documentation regarding eligibility and adjustments.
• Show vacant apartments using professional marketing procedures and maintain high occupancy.
• Complete Rental Agreements.
• Make daily bank deposits.
• Prepare detailed reports per procedures.
• Complete move-out reports and reconcile accounts for security deposits disbursement.
• Address resident concerns professionally.
