Sares Regis Group in Millbrae, CA is seeking an experienced Community Manager for One Meadow Glen, a 278-unit property. You will supervise staff, optimize operations, and drive occupancy and income growth.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, budgeting, marketing plans, safety compliance, and coordinating with maintenance. The role requires 3+ years of CM experience at 200+ units and strong leadership and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills and leadership.
• Must have 3+ years as a Community Manager of 200+ units.
• Must have excellent sales skills.
• Must be able to read, analyze and interpret business materials and write reports.
• Must be proficient with property level software including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent on-site team.
• Manage daily operations and maximize income opportunities.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquent procedures; ensure compliance and reporting.
• Review monthly performance, create budgets and forecasts.
• Develop effective marketing plans and monitor contractor work for quality and cost.
• Ensure safety and compliance training and MSDS information are kept up to date.
