Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Community Manager for 200+ units
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent sales skills and resident relations
• Ability to read, analyze, and report on financials and operations
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent on-site team.
• Oversee daily operations and optimize income through rent strategies.
• Collect rents and enforce delinquency procedures; ensure compliance.
• Review monthly performance and prepare variance reports; support budgets.
• Develop marketing plans and respond to market conditions.
• Bid and manage contractor work; monitor safety and insurance requirements.
• Identify repairs/capital projects with maintenance supervisor; ensure curb appeal.
• Adhere to handbooks, policies and governing documents.
